Briza’s Authentic Mexican Cuisine is scheduled to open soon at 1058 Virginia Ave., succeeding the popular Mama Irma’s, which closed at the end of October due to the retirement of owner Hilda Cano.
For the past six years, Cano had created authentic Peruvian cuisine with a focus on seafood dishes of her native Lima, which sits on the Pacific Ocean coastline.
