Three Carrots Fountain Square opened Dec. 1 at 902 Virginia Ave., offering its vegan fare in a full-service restaurant for the first time in the company’s three-year history. The eatery is open 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Fridays and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sundays. It is also offering a brunch menu 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.
