The Mass Ave Merchants Association has organized a sidewalk sale to take place from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 22, with many merchants taking to the actual sidewalks with small tables and racks featuring items from books to candles, from home décor to workout gear.
The MassAvely Different Sidewalk Sale is also distinguished by the ongoing street closures due to the COVID-19 crisis. MAMA leaders said that as a result, the Avenue is set up now, more than ever, to encourage socially distanced shopping and dining with required masks.
Also on Saturday, the Old National Centre will host “Live from the Lot” from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m., featuring live music, food trucks, drinks and more!
