This just in… Needler’s to host local food fair

Food booths by local food sources, as well as music by the Flying Toasters, will be featured at the first local food fair to be hosted by Needler’s Fresh Market from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, July 13, on the courtyard at its Lockerbie Marketplace store.

Local food vendors and businesses will be giving out samples and educating customers on their unique products offerings. “Buying local and supporting local businesses is a top priority for Needler’s Fresh Market,” said director of marketing Julie Anderson. “We are privileged to be able to showcase all these awesome, local vendors in such a fun and unique way. It is sure to be an exciting experience for our customers and we are expecting a fantastic turnout.”

Local companies to be represented include Crazy Charlies, BeeFree, Midwest Juicery, Circle City Kombucha, TPC, Be Happy, Vigilant Eats, Local Folks and Prairie Farms Ice Cream.
