The easels will dot the Lockerbie Square Neighborhood on Saturday, April 26, when the James Whitcomb Riley Museum Home hosts the Lockerbie Garden Party, featuring plein air painters capturing the spring scenes of Lockerbie’s historic homes and gardens.
The event will run from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., with guests able to watch artists paint home and gardens live, purchase paintings, shop with vendors, and enjoy refreshments on the James Whitcomb Riley Museum Home.
The dog-friendly event will also feature a small outdoor market with vendors offering pet supplies, dog activities, and caricature artists capturing dogs and their owners.
All donations will benefit the Riley Children’s Foundation.
